Whether you're leading a team, raising a family, or navigating your own growth—you don't have to figure it out alone.
You can't lead others well if you're not leading yourself well. Crown & Compass exists to help you become the best version of yourself—so you can lead with clarity, confidence, and integrity in every area of life.
Leadership isn't about perfection—it's about becoming. Your best self emerges when you stop performing and start being. But this isn't narcissism disguised as self-care. True self-leadership means knowing yourself deeply so you can love others wisely, set healthy boundaries, and lead from fullness rather than emptiness.
Who you are matters more than what you achieve. We prioritize character formation, emotional health, and relational integrity—because sustainable leadership flows from a grounded identity, not from skills alone.
To carry everyone else's weight while quietly collapsing under your own.
To preach about peace while your nervous system screams. To teach about identity while secretly wondering if you even have one.
I know what it's like to look successful on the outside — and feel like a fraud on the inside.
That was me.

I spent years leading, serving, and performing — convinced that if I just worked harder, prayed more, or finally "got it together," the pressure would stop.
It didn't.
Instead, I hit a wall. The kind of wall that forces you to ask questions you've been avoiding your whole life:
Those questions broke me open. And in the breaking, I found something I didn't expect:
Healing.
I started doing the work I now help others do.
I confronted the lies I'd believed about myself since childhood. I grieved the father wounds I'd been carrying for decades. I learned how trauma lives in the body — and how the Holy Spirit meets us there.
I discovered that leadership doesn't break people. Unhealed identity does.
And I realized that the same integration of Scripture, psychology, and neuroscience that saved my life could help other leaders find theirs.
That's why I created Crown & Compass.
To equip every person to lead well in every area of life—because leadership isn't reserved for the few, it's the calling of all.
Everyone is a leader. Whether you lead a corporation, a classroom, a family, or just yourself—you're leading.
Leadership is holistic. You can't separate who you are at work from who you are at home, in your faith, or in your relationships.
Better leaders create better everything. When you grow as a leader, everyone around you benefits—your team, your family, your community.
Sustainable leadership is possible. You don't have to burn out to make an impact. There's a better way.
I believe leadership failure starts with identity confusion.
Most leadership training teaches you what to do. But you don't lead from what you know — you lead from who you believe you are.
When identity is fractured, boundaries collapse. When boundaries collapse, burnout follows. And when burnout hits, we either break down or break through.
Crown & Compass exists for the breakthrough.
I integrate biblical truth, psychological insight, and neuroscience — not because faith isn't enough, but because God designed us as whole people. Spirit, soul, and body. And healing happens when we stop separating them.
The Crown represents your identity — who you are before you do anything.
The Compass represents your alignment — the clarity to lead from that identity without losing yourself.
Together, they form a framework built on five pillars:
Lead from who you are, not what you know
Healthy limits aren't selfish; they're infrastructure
Control is a symptom; alignment is the solution
Lead as a beloved son or daughter, not a hired hand
Calling never requires you to violate your limits
This isn't theory. It's the framework I wish I had when I was drowning.

I know what it's like to carry weight you weren't meant to carry. To lead from pressure instead of peace. To feel stuck between who you are and who you're trying to be.
For years, I led teams, built organizations, and served in ministry—all while wrestling with my own internal conflicts. I looked successful on the outside, but inside, I was exhausted, reactive, and unclear.
The breakthrough came when I stopped trying to fix my performance and started addressing my foundation—my identity, my boundaries, my beliefs. That's when everything changed.
Now, I help leaders, parents, and individuals do the same. Not through hype or quick fixes—but through honest, grounded work that creates lasting transformation.
I don't have formal certifications in coaching or therapy.
What I have is lived experience. Ministry experience. And the testimonies of people whose lives have changed because someone finally gave them permission to heal.
I'm not here to impress you with credentials. I'm here because I've walked through the fire — and I know the way out.
"Live crowned in grace, led by purpose — healing is your foundation, clarity your guide."
Identity-based leadership formation focuses on who you are before what you do. Unlike traditional leadership training that teaches techniques, we address the root causes of leadership burnout by helping Christian leaders understand their identity in Christ, establish healthy boundaries, and lead from wholeness rather than performance.
We provide specialized Christian leadership coaching for pastors and ministry leaders experiencing burnout. Our approach addresses the underlying identity fracturing that occurs under constant ministry pressure, helping restore sustainable rhythms, healthy boundaries, and Christ-centered leadership that doesn't compromise your calling or your health.
Christian leadership coaching integrates biblical truth, spiritual formation, and psychological insight. We address the unique pressures of ministry leadership—like guilt over rest, carrying everyone's burdens, and performance spirituality—while grounding all solutions in Scripture and honoring the spiritual dimension of your leadership calling.
Yes! While we specialize in ministry formation, Crown & Compass also serves Christian business leaders, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven professionals who want to integrate their faith with their leadership. Our identity-based approach works for any leader carrying significant responsibility.
Formation is not a quick fix—it's a journey. Most clients work with us for 6-12 months to see sustainable transformation. We offer different pathways including individual coaching, group cohorts, and intensive retreats, all designed to create lasting change rather than temporary motivation.
