Yes! The Discord community is completely free to join. We believe every leader deserves access to support and resources, regardless of their financial situation. Premium offerings like coaching and retreats are separate, but the community itself costs nothing.
How active is the community?
Very active! We have daily conversations, weekly themed discussions, and monthly live Q&A sessions with Charles. Members engage at their own pace—some check in daily, others weekly. There's no pressure to be "always on."
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
Discord is user-friendly and we have a dedicated #getting-started channel with simple tutorials. If you can use email or social media, you can use Discord. Plus, our community members are always happy to help new folks get oriented.
Do I have to participate in everything?
Absolutely not. You can lurk, read, and absorb without ever posting if that's what you need. Or you can dive in and engage daily. The community is designed to serve you at whatever level of participation works for your season of life.
Is this a Christian community?
Crown & Compass is rooted in Christian principles, but we welcome leaders from all backgrounds who resonate with our values of love, truth, and wisdom. Many members are ministry leaders, but we also have entrepreneurs, executives, and parents from diverse faith traditions.
