Charles Hall is the founder of Crown & Compass and a leadership formation coach who specializes in helping leaders restore clarity, establish boundaries, and lead from their true identity rather than external pressure.
With years of experience working with executives, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, and parents, Charles understands the unique challenges of leading under pressure—and the transformation that happens when leaders reconnect with who they are.
His approach combines psychological insight, spiritual wisdom, and practical tools to help leaders move from burnout to sustainable authority.
