Some leadership shifts require more than weekly sessions.
They require immersive, focused work away from the noise.
Crown & Compass retreats and intensives create space for deep identity restoration, boundary clarification, and sustainable authority formation.
This work is for leaders who need concentrated time to address what's been building under the surface.
You've been managing symptoms for too long. You need focused time to address root issues before something breaks.
New role, new season, new pressure—and you need clarity before you step into what's next.
You feel responsible for everything and everyone. You need to restore boundaries before burnout becomes permanent.
You're done with surface-level solutions. You want transformation, not just information.
If you need breakthrough, not just maintenance, an intensive creates the space for it.
Every retreat is built on the Crown & Compass framework—identity before behavior, boundaries as leadership, alignment over control.
Foundation Work
We uncover what has shifted under pressure—where identity confusion has created performance-based leadership, approval-seeking authority, or worth negotiation through outcomes.
"You don't lead from what you know. You lead from who you believe you are."
Stability Work
We rebuild leadership infrastructure that prevents overfunctioning, guilt-driven decisions, and emotional enmeshment. Boundaries aren't personal preferences—they're leadership essentials.
"Leaders without boundaries don't lead—they manage anxiety."
Wisdom Work
We restore discernment and calm decision-making when stakes are high. Control is a symptom of misalignment—we address the root, not the behavior.
"Control shows up when identity and values drift out of alignment."
Sustainability Work
We help leaders build authority that doesn't require force, control, or exhaustion. Calling never requires you to violate your limits.
"Pressure is not the voice of God."
Safety & belonging—leaders can't change what they're afraid to see
Clarity & responsibility—compassion without truth enables dysfunction
Timing & discernment—wisdom knows when to push and when to wait
Structured for depth, paced for sustainability, designed for breakthrough.
Begin with silence, reflection, and centering. We create space to hear what's beneath the noise before diving into the work.
Intensive coaching sessions focused on identity clarification, boundary restoration, or alignment work. This is where breakthrough happens—we go beneath symptoms to address root patterns.
Nourishment and space to process. Deep work requires rest—we honor that rhythm.
We translate insight into action. What does this look like in your actual leadership context? How do you sustain this when you return?
Unstructured time for journaling, walking, or simply being. Transformation needs space to settle.
Note: Multi-day retreats include evening sessions for group processing (team retreats) or additional one-on-one work (individual intensives). The pace adjusts to what the work requires.
Real transformation from leaders who've done the deep work.
"I came to the retreat burned out and ready to quit. Three days of intensive work helped me see I wasn't the problem—my boundaries were. I learned to lead without carrying everyone's anxiety. Six months later, I'm still in ministry and actually enjoying it again."
"Our leadership team was fractured and exhausted. The retreat gave us space to address what we'd been avoiding. We left with clarity on roles, restored trust, and a sustainable rhythm. It literally saved our organization."
"I thought I needed better strategies. What I actually needed was to stop leading from fear and approval-seeking. The intensive helped me rebuild my leadership from the ground up. My church is healthier because I'm healthier."
"The group retreat was exactly what I needed. Being with other leaders who 'got it' created safety I didn't know I was missing. I learned I wasn't alone in my struggles, and I left with practical tools and a support network."
This is what transformation looks like in real leadership contexts.
The difference? You stop managing symptoms and start addressing roots. That's what creates lasting change.

Everything you need to know about retreats and intensives.
Retreat locations vary based on format and group size. Individual intensives can be held at a location convenient to you. Team and group retreats are typically held at retreat centers that provide quiet, distraction-free environments conducive to deep work. We'll discuss location options during the inquiry process.
Bring comfortable clothing, a journal, and an open heart. We'll provide all materials needed for the formation work. For multi-day retreats, you'll receive a detailed packing list that includes practical items and any pre-work assignments.
For individual intensives, the work is designed for one person at a time. However, we do offer couples intensives and team retreats specifically designed for multiple participants. If you're interested in bringing others, let us know during the inquiry process and we'll design the right format.
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially for team or group retreats. However, if you're in crisis or facing an urgent leadership challenge, contact us immediately—we'll do our best to accommodate expedited scheduling.
Investment varies based on retreat format, duration, and group size. Individual intensives start at $2,500 for a single day. Team retreats are customized based on your needs. We'll provide detailed pricing during the inquiry conversation. Scholarships and payment plans are available for those in ministry or nonprofit leadership.
